Breakthrough Boxing with Essex Recovery Foundation - a fitness and well-being programme

Join Carly for a health and well-being programme using boxing, fitness, self care and healthy living. Delivered by Carly Attridge, founder of The Loss Project and Be the First Boxing.

Running at Harlow Playhouse and starting on Tuesday 20th February, this club will run for 12 weeks.

The programme aims to provide an entry level boxing programme for people in recovery from drug and alcohol challenges; using boxing as a tool to improve physical, mental and emotional wellbeing and to inspire and improve healthy lifestyle and self-care habits.

Carly’s background and expertise spans more than a decade leading a range of innovative community programmes. She is the Founder and CEO of The Loss Project, which supports people experiencing grief and uses boxing as a tool for people going through difficult times.  

The 12 week programme with Essex Recovery Foundation will be accessible to all, including complete beginners.

Location: Harlow Playhouse

Time: 12:30pm - 1:30pm

Date: Starting on Tuesday 20th February and running every Tuesday for 12 weeks
