Forest Bathing - The Weekend Series

  • Danbury Park Danbury, England, CM3 4AL United Kingdom (map)

Forest Bathing is a guided walk based on the Japanse practice of Shinrin-Yoku, a practice for letting nature into our body through our senses.

This will involve us taking a slow walk in a forest and being given invitations to encourage us to engage our senses and immerse ourselves in nature mindfully. The literal translation is ‘to bathe in the atmosphere of the forest’.

As part of our ‘weekend series’, we invite you to take part in a special forest bathing experience in Danbury Forest.

Date: Saturday 7th September

Time: 09:30 - 12:15

Location: Danbury Country Park Woodhill Road, Danbury, Essex, CM3 4AW
