Our Space Coordinator for West Essex has organised a fun paddleboarding session at Luxborough Lakes in Chigwell for the recovery community.

Get out on the water at this fun and free taster session. A qualified instructor will be there to support and guide you to learn the skills to explore the lake on your board.

This event is suitable for beginners - but you must be able to swim 50m to participate.
