Our “Sober by the Sea” community meet every week at The Ironworks in Southend-on-Sea to get together with other people in recovery.

Arrive at 10.30am for free refreshments in the main lounge. Then we’ll have an hour of activities, guided by your feedback from the “Manifest Your Sober Space” session. These activities will include meditation, music, art, poetry, guest speakers and more.

Afterwards, there will be plenty of time to socialise with the group.
