Essex Recovery Foundation is in a unique position to influence where funding for drug and alcohol services is spent in Essex, and we aim to ensure that lived experience of addiction is at the heart of the decision-making process.

We have organised a training session with the Head of Wellbeing and Public Health at Essex County Council, Ben Hughes, who will share more about the commissioning of services and Essex Recovery Foundation's involvement in the process. This session will be hosted in Chelmsford on Thursday 10th August from 10am till 4:30pm.

We would encourage anybody who has an interest in influencing drug and alcohol service provision to come along and find out more.
