No experience? No problem. Our workshops are open to everyone – whether you’re curious, a complete beginner, or looking to deepen your practice. Simply come as you are.

Meet the Practitioners and Workshop Leaders

  • Lisa Horwell

    Lisa began her yoga journey at 29, using it as a tool for healing from PTSD and finding recovery through the 12-step program. With 20 years of experience, she is a certified yoga therapist specialising in addiction recovery, sound therapy, and 12-step yoga.

  • Laura Bently

    Laura Bentley is a Soma Breath Master, Aiya Star Sound channeller, intuitive space holder, and founder of the holistic lifestyle studio Dragonfly Wellness. Laura is passionate about holding inclusive spaces where people feel safe and surrounded by love in order for them to find their inner light and upgrade to the best version of themselves.

  • Carla Hanks

    Carla Hanks has spent years mastering various healing techniques, including sound therapy, chakra alignment, and meditative practices. Her approach to wellness is deeply intuitive, and she tailors each session to meet the unique needs of every individual or group. Whether you’re a seasoned practitioner or new to holistic healing, Carla’s calm, nurturing presence helps guide you on a journey to peace, balance, and self-awareness.

  • Barbara Dilley

    Barbara has been practising Pilates since 1993 after developing back trouble. The benefits of Pilates became clear to her very early on, and in 2013 she started training with leading Pilates teacher Michael King. Barbara is an empathetic teacher, believing in the value of good communication between student and teacher.

  • Sally Muylders

    Sally has always felt at home in nature, drawn to its calming presence and deep sense of belonging. As a qualified Forest Therapy Practitioner, she helps others experience the profound benefits of connecting with the natural world. Through guided sessions in local woodlands and nature reserves, Sally supports her community in slowing down, tuning into their surroundings, and embracing nature’s ability to nourish the mind, body, and soul.
