Introducing: Futures Together

We wanted to let you know that the Full Circle and Futures In Mind service have recently been re-tendered as one service under the new Multiple and Complex Needs contract (MACN).  We are delighted to confirm that Phoenix Futures were successful in securing this contract which commenced on 1st April 2024.

This means that Full Circle and Futures In Mind have merged to become ‘Futures Together’, encompassing both the criminal justice and social inclusion provisions of the previous services as outlined below:

Futures Together is a Multiple and Complex Needs Service which provides holistic, wrap around, person centred support to individuals in contact with the criminal justice system who have a range of multiple and complex needs.

Futures Together will provide a wide range of peer led, meaningful activities for people to engage in, alongside opportunities to train as a volunteer/peer mentor to support Phoenix Futures services in Essex (no criminal justice involvement is needed for the social inclusion element of the service).

The service is for adults aged 18 and over who reside in Essex excluding Southend and Thurrock.

We are in the process of gradually changing our branding and leaflets and there will be a launch for all partners to attend later in the year (November time) to hopefully provide a bit more insight into how the service will look moving forward.

Please find below referral forms for both elements of the service (Criminal Justice and Social Inclusion) and referrals can be sent to the following inboxes: admin.essex@phoenix.cjsm.net or please password protect to Futures.together@phoenixfutures.org.uk

Please share this information with your teams and please don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any queries.
